The client faced persistent damp from a leaking balcony above, despite spending thousands on failed repairs. We diagnosed the defect, produced a clear specification, and oversaw the remedial works to completion.

Stepped brickwork above a bay window concerned the client, who suspected replacement windows caused damage. Our inspection found poor installation and inadequate support, allowing the brickwork above to shift and crack.
